En 1932, Omnium change le nom des appareils de cette série. De Pax, ils deviennent type D. Le romantisme en prend un coup. Celui qui en prend aussi un coup, c'est Jules Demaria, dont le nom semble oublié. Pourtant les dessins des catalogues n'évoluent pas entre les Pax et les Type D. Les objectifs Demaria Triclar ou Sigmar et l'obturateur Jido sont le signe d'une filiation avec J Damaria.
On peut supposer que la disparition de la marque J. Demaria explique cela.
